| Animation du réseau des restaurateurs et promotion de la restauration à la Réunion : Sensibilisation et information des professionnels de la restauration, Création d'évènements professionnels, Actions de commercialisation. |
| Toutes les actions du club sont à but non lucratif. |
|
Le
Club de la Restauration perçoit des financements privés (le plus souvent
des entreprises travaillant dans le secteur de l'agroalimentaire) pour
financer des actions ou de la PLV afin de faire la promotion non seulement
des membres adhérents mais aussi des partenaires privés. Ceux-ci profitent
généralement des opérations menées par le Club pour proposer des promotions
sur leurs produits aux membres adhérents.

membres du Club de la Restauration :

A
ce jour on compte 170 membres représentatifs de la diversité de l'offre
réunionnaise en matière de restauration, situés sur l'ensemble de l'île
: les restaurants traditionnels (68% des membres), les snacks bars,
les pizzerias, crêperies, etc. En complément, les restaurants d'hôtels
(31% des membres) sont associés aux actions menées par le Club de la
Restauration.
